Multiple Locations & Shifts | Immediate Openings
We have several immediate openings for CNC Milling Machinists across multiple locations. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates at select sites.

Warren, MI
Lansing, MI
West Chester, OH
Ogden, UT
What You'll Do:
Operate 3,4, and 5axis CNC milling and/or turning machines
Run multiple machines simultaneously, as most equipment is part of manufacturing cells or machining centers
Machine hard metals such as Inconel, titanium, and stainless steel
Load parts and fixtures using hoists and safely position workpieces in machines
Make programrequired offsets and adjustments using Fanuc controls
Read and interpret CNC programs at the machine
Set up tools using tool sheets and ensure proper configuration
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure conformance to specifications
What You'll Bring:
High school diploma or GED
Experience setting up and changing over jobs on CNC equipment
Ability to read English and interpret symbols on operation sheets
Strong communication and problemsolving skills with the ability to work collaboratively
Proficiency in mathematics and calculator use
Experience making offsets at the machine
Ability to read and understand CNC programs
Experience setting up and using machining tools and fixtures
Proficiency with precision measuring equipment, including gauges, swing gauges, calipers, and micrometers
Familiarity with rightangle head operations
Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Ability to work within tight tolerances (thousandths of an inch)
Preferred Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in aerospace or highprecision manufacturing
3+ years of experience operating CNC multiaxis milling machines
