Job Summary: B ridge the gap between technical vendors and clinical/business customers. You will manage the full lifecycle of Information Systems-from selection and implementation to ongoing optimization-ensuring all technology aligns with LifeBridge's Mission and Vision.
Core Responsibilities
Project Leadership:
Coordinate project plans, manage resource assignments, and meet all milestones for concurrent system upgrades and implementations.
Systems Analysis:
Diagnose application issues, perform impact analyses for system changes, and maintain system tables/directories.
Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute rigorous test plans; document results and facilitate vendor follow-ups to resolve deficiencies.
Customer Advocacy:
Act as a liaison for vendors and users. Provide training, develop operational policies, and recommend system enhancements to improve departmental efficiency.
Acquisition Support:
Define functional requirements, conduct vendor comparisons, and facilitate structured on-site demonstrations.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree.
Experience:
3-5 years

Strong documentation skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to balance multiple high-priority deadlines.
