Assembly Technician

As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of system builds, supporting quality processes and ensuring safety in a GMP/FDA regulated environment.
Coordinate with other assembly associates in support of integration testing, manual instruction development, and production process development.
Engage in hands-on assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of system builds and re-work.
Work from documented procedures and maintain quality data.
Maintain the integrity and cleanliness of work areas.
Assure adherence to safety protocols and proper material handling, labeling, and disposal of hazardous chemicals.
Share knowledge and train co-workers and new employees.
Establish effective working partnerships with other departments to promote communication and transfer knowledge.
Perform other duties as assigned.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northbrook, IL. The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
