Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Consultant with strong expertise in SAP FICO and Coupa integration. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end finance transformation, ensuring seamless integration between SAP and Coupa platforms across procurement and finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead SAP FICO design and configuration across:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting
• Controlling (CO)
• Own end-to-end Coupa-SAP integration, covering:
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Sourcing & Procurement
• Invoice processing
• Define and validate integration touchpoints for:
• Master data
• Financial postings
• Approval workflows
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Sourcing stakeholders to align business requirements
• Drive SIT/UAT testing and resolve integration issues across SAP and Coupa workstreams
• Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and audit readiness
• Support implementation lifecycle including design, build, test, and deployment
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO
• Proven experience in Coupa-SAP implementations/integrations
• Strong understanding of finance and procurement processes
• Experience with integration architecture and middleware (preferred)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Life Sciences / Pharma / MedTech industries
• Exposure to global implementations and compliance requirements
