IT Support Professional I (Full Time On-Site)

Description
Currently, we are seeking anIT Support Professional Ito join our Team! This position will work with COMSO’s Managed Services Provider, CISPOINT.
This is a FULL TIME ON-SITE POSITION located in Columbia, MD.
Must Have:
U.S. Citizenship required
Ability and willingness to work 100% on-site
Proficient typing and data entry skills
Ability to successfully pass an agility test
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations as needed
Excellent written, verbal, and documentation skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to comply with company policies, procedures, and security requirements
Solid working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft 365
Solid understanding of printing and scanning in a networked environment
Solid understanding of networking and infrastructure concepts including Firewalls, Switches, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Windows Server, and Azure Active Directory
Solid understanding of email systems, including Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365
Ability to quickly learn, retain, and apply new technical information
Provide first-contact support and incident resolution for customer hardware, software, and application issues
Deliver customer support via telephone and electronically submitted requests
Document, track, and manage incidents using an online ticketing system
Appropriately and efficiently escalate incidents to higher-tier support when necessary
Education and Experience:
2-3 years in the Information Technology field
Desired: BS Degree with a focus in Information Technology or related field
Desired: Microsoft and/or CompTIA certifications
Desired: Experience supporting proprietary software
Desired: Previous experience working for an MSSP/MSP
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
