Job Title: Packager
Job Description
As a Packager, you will be responsible for labeling tanks of glue within boxes. This role is crucial as it represents the first step in our production process, requiring efficiency and speed. The ideal candidate should be capable of labeling 60-70 boxes per hour. You will apply labels both inside and outside of each box.
Responsibilities
Label tanks of glue in boxes efficiently, aiming for 60-70 boxes per hour.
Apply labels accurately to the outside and inside of each box.
Ensure correct stickers are used for each box.
Essential Skills
Ability to operate a forklift.
Experience with inventory management.
Proficiency in material handling and picking.
Skill in using stand up and sit down pallet jacks.
Experience with packing and RF scanners.
Capability to stand for 8 hours a day.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Temporary role due to production demands exceeding current capacity.
Ability to read, write, and document information legibly in English.

Work Environment
Work in a clean facility adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) with a supportive team player atmosphere. Employees must be comfortable with the smell of glue due to adhesive production. Shifts are from 6 AM to 2 PM and 2 PM to 10 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Bend, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
