Control Panel Assembly Technician
Location: Burbank, CA
WET (Design) creates world’s most moving water features. We seek a skilled technician to assemble, wire, and test control panels.
Responsibilities
Assemble control panels according to specifications and schematics.
Perform electrical wiring, ensuring all connections are secure and meet safety standards.
Work with components such as Din rails, PLCs, VFD drives, motors, fuses, relays, power supplies, terminals, bus, switches, etc.
Perform layout, punch, drill, tap, wire routing, labeling, cable terminating, crimping.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, machining equipment for assembly tasks.
Test completed panels for functionality and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve assembly processes.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Requirements
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment effectively.
Knowledge of electrical wiring practices and safety protocols.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
