Job Description
As an SAP ERP QA Lead, you will be responsible for end-to-end quality assurance leadership across Cengage's SAP S/4HANA ecosystem. You will own QA strategy, governance, execution, and reporting for large-scale SAP implementations and enhancements, ensuring solutions are stable, scalable, and fit for purpose.
This role requires deep SAP testing expertise, strong leadership, and hands-on involvement across functional, integration, and end-to-end business process testing. You will collaborate closely with functional teams, technical partners, vendors, and business stakeholders while mentoring QA engineers and promoting best-in-class quality practices across the enterprise.

Skills and Requirements
10-12+ years of SAP testing experience across core functional areas (OTC or RTR required)
7+ years leading SAP test cycles including SIT, UAT, and regression
Strong understanding of SAP business processes, RICEF objects, and integration flows
Hands-on experience creating:
Test strategies, test plans, test cases, traceability matrices
Proven experience leading defect triage, risk management, and test reporting
Strong proficiency with Jira and Agile/Scrum delivery models
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills Experience with SAP automation tools or automation frameworks
Familiarity with APIs, middleware, Fiori, or PTP workstreams
Experience mentoring QA professionals or leading distributed/offshore teams
Exposure to testing across integrated ecosystems (eCommerce, CRM, billing, subscriptions)
Experience building quality dashboards, KPIs, and release-readiness reports
Familiarity with test management tools such as Zephyr
