The Job
Markade Plumbing is hiring an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to handle residential and commercial service work across the Phoenix area. This role is ideal for a technician who can troubleshoot independently, communicate clearly with customers, and take pride in quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair plumbing systems (fixtures, piping, water heaters, pumps)
Perform service, maintenance, and emergency repairs
Install and replace water lines, drains, valves, faucets, and toilets
Cable, camera, and jet drain systems as needed
Communicate issues and solutions clearly with customers
Complete service tickets and documentation accurately
Maintain a clean work area, service vehicle, and professional appearance
Follow safety standards, company policies, and plumbing codes
Participate in on-call rotation
Qualifications
2+ years of plumbing service experience preferred
Journeyman license or equivalent experience a plus
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Ability to work independently in the field
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, and outdoors
