Position Summary
The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for Supreme HVAC, creating a welcoming and professional experience for visitors, customers, and employees. This role is primarily responsible for greeting guests, answering and directing incoming phone calls, and supporting basic front-office operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Visitor Experience
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, vendors, and deliveries
Notify employees of visitor arrivals and ensure appropriate sign-in procedures are followed
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area
Phone & Communication Support
Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up
Respond to general inquiries or route to the appropriate department
Administrative & Office Support
Assist with light administrative tasks as needed (e.g., filing, data entry, ordering supplies, mail distribution)
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Support basic office coordination and communication needs
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional, welcoming demeanor with excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Proficiency with basic office tools (phone systems, email, Microsoft Office preferred)
Physical & Work Environment
Primarily seated at a front desk with periodic standing and walking
Regular interaction with employees, visitors, and customers
Standard office environment
