to join their team. As a
Factory Layout Planner
, you will be part of the
Engineering / Facilities Department
supporting
Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and Manufacturing Engineering teams
. The ideal candidate will have
attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills
which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:
Rural Hall, NC
Pay Range:
$22/hour (based on experience)
What's the Job?
Develop and maintain 2D/3D factory layouts using AutoCAD
Own and manage the master plant layout ensuring accuracy and revision control
Support equipment installations, line rebalancing, and Lean manufacturing initiatives
Integrate facilities requirements such as utilities, power, ventilation, and material flow into layouts
Collaborate with Operations, EHS, Quality, and Maintenance teams on layout execution and validation
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in factory layout planning or industrial engineering in a manufacturing environment
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
Experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles in facility layout design
Ability to work on the shop floor validating real-world conditions
