As a Solution Manager for Charge Services you will play a pivotal role in supporting solution teams by overseeing administrative functions, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless logistical and programmatic operations. You will be instrumental in supporting informaticists with strategic planning, documentation, and administrative tasks, as well as assisting solution experts and advisors in translating functional requirements and managing ticketing activities. Additionally, you will coordinate and monitor vendor activities to maintain scope and schedule alignment, facilitate design reviews, and provide recommendations for optimizing solutions.
As the Solution Advisor - Charge Services, you will:
Collaborate with functional testing teams on key initiatives, coordinate interface change requests with technical teams, and support enterprise-to-site deployment activities
Support the Lessons Learned process by partnering with functional and clinical leadership pillars and working closely with training and change management teams
Apply strong knowledge of tools and processes, including Cerner Support project tracking systems and clinical workflow analysis, to drive effective outcomes
Leverage extensive experience in healthcare operations and electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage and deliver large-scale enterprise initiatives
Demonstrate proven ability to coordinate and monitor vendor activities, ensuring effective scope control and schedule management
Facilitate design reviews and provide expert guidance and recommendations to optimize solution
Requirements:
5-8 years of experience providing administrative, logistical, and programmatic support to solution teams
Experience facilitating collaboration between multiple stakeholder groups, such as client governance bodies, process reengineering teams, system vendors, and local site teams
Demonstrated ability to support informaticists with strategic planning, administrative support, and documentation
Experience supporting solution experts and solution advisors in translating functional requirements
Direct experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Demonstrated experience in project coordination/management, including tracking deliverables, managing schedules, and facilitating meetings
Experience in clinical workflow analysis and translating clinical or functional requirements for IT systems
Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups, including technical teams, clinical staff, program leadership, and external vendors
Previous Federal Health consulting experience preferred
The ability to travel is an essential function of this role and may vary based on client, enterprise or project needs, with up to 25% travel to client sites nationwide
Candidates must comply with applicable client requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates
US Citizenship required
This role is on a fixed-term consultancy basis, subject to the terms and duration outlined in the consultancy agreement.
The estimated base salary range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage. The rate range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
