Hours & Location
Monday – Friday every week (Third Shift: 4 pm – 3 am, no weekends)
Repair / maintenance shop at our San Antonio, TX hauling site
Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment.
Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs and new parts.
Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs).
Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns.
Conduct safety checks on vehicles to ensure the safety of employees and community members.
Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times.
Assist senior mechanics in completing project work.
Conduct reviews, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA Standards and perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
Qualifications
2 years of relevant work experience.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Over 18 years of age.
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical examination.

Physical Demands

Exposed to environmental factors including dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar conditions, often.
Work operates in both inside garage/shop or outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat, and humidity.
