We oversee every construction phase to help ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Assist with design and construction meetings
Prepare progress reports
Assist with RFI’s, and submittals
Reviews estimates, negotiates, and processes change orders
Coordinate project and contract schedules
Maintain job record files
Participate in progress meetings, generating meeting minutes
Assist in field inspections and verify work is performed in accordance with plans and specifications
Assist Project Manager with administrative support
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
2-4 years’ of related experience
E-builder experience
Able to read and interpret construction documents and shop drawings
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must possess a driver’s license

Employment Status: Full-time
Salary Range: $90,000 - $95,000 (salary dependent upon experience and geographic location.)
