
Leasing Operations Assistant

Princeton Property Management is searching for a Leasing & Operations Assistant for the Eagle Pointe Apartments located in Vancouver, Washington!
The Leasing & Operations Assistant is a dual function role responsible for supporting leasing activities while assisting with daily property operations and upkeep.
This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming, clean, and well‑maintained community while delivering excellent customer service to prospects and residents. This role is ideal for a customer‑focused individual who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in both the appearance and performance of a residential community.
Hours per week:
30 hours
Wage : $22 to $24 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Customer Service Responsibilities
Greet prospective residents and conduct in‑person and virtual tours
Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Process rental applications, screenings, and lease paperwork
Maintain accurate prospect and resident records in the property management system
Assist with move‑in and move‑out coordination
Provide excellent customer service to current residents and respond to basic questions or concerns
Support leasing goals, occupancy targets, and retention initiatives
Participate in marketing and outreach efforts as needed
Porter / Operations Responsibilities
Perform daily grounds inspections to maintain curb appeal
Pick up litter and ensure common areas are clean and presentable
Clean and maintain leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, and other shared spaces
Manage dumpster and trash areas, including light cleaning and organization
Assist with unit turns through light cleaning or preparation (no skilled maintenance required)
Report maintenance issues observed during daily inspections
Support site organization and safety standards
