Peak Management is hiring an Assistant Property Manager for our 300+ unit property, Hunter’s Pointe, in Overland Park, KS.

Job Overview
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will support the property manager in daily operations, budgeting, leasing, and maintaining compliance with Fair Housing laws.

Key Responsibilities

Manage tenant relations and service requests.

Prepare and monitor the property budget.

Coordinate leasing activities and marketing.

Ensure compliance with corporate policies and Fair Housing regulations.

Qualifications

Strong customer service orientation.

Experience in budgeting, reporting, finance, leasing, and operations.

Solid understanding of Fair Housing.

Reliable transportation.
