Position Overview
Peak Management is seeking a Property Manager for a soon‑to‑be acquired community that will oversee 650+ units in Dallas, Texas.
Key Responsibilities
Enjoy customer service and work with the public.
Create and enhance value at all phases of a property’s life cycle.
Maintain technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, operations, and a solid understanding of Fair Housing.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years in a Property Manager role managing a staff of two or more.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, working on a computer, standing, walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
