Peak Management is seeking a Resident Specialist at a community of 650+ units in Dallas, Texas.
Job Responsibilities
Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
Work patiently, professionally, and cooperatively with residents and staff to provide high-quality customer service.
Foster a positive, active, and collaborative relationship with residents, and host annual, monthly, weekly resident functions and events.
Demonstrate solid understanding of Fair Housing.
Have reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.
Be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
