Responsibilities
Enjoy customer service and working with the public.
Work full time at Wade Manor; commute to tours at The Park & Poet Place as needed.
Have leasing experience, including solid understanding of Fair Housing.
Demonstrate community and apartment/model knowledge and communicate features and benefits to close the sale. Bilingual a plus.
Have reliable transportation.
Serious candidates only who want to grow their careers.
Qualifications
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer; standing and walking, giving tours, meeting with potential tenants.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Ability to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather conditions.
