Current paramedic-level certification (required)
RSFH requires National Registry
Valid State Driver’s License (Required)
BLS Basic Life Support – American Heart Association (Required)
ACLS – AHA (Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association) (Required)
PALS – AHA (Pediatric Advanced Life Support - American Heart Association) (Preferred upon hire, Required within 6 months of hire)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) or Association of Women\'s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) (Preferred upon hire, Required within 6 months of hire) (Not required for RSFH)
Education

High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Successful completion of a Paramedic program at the certificate or associates degree level (Required)
Work Experience

1 Year of Paramedic Experience (Preferred)
Training

Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (EVOC) – (Preferred upon hire, Required within 1 year of hire) (Required at time of hire for RSFH)
ICS 100 & ICS 700 (Preferred)
