Your Responsibilities
As a
Supply Management OFP Specialist
for
Dubuque Works
located in
Dubuque, IA
, you will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned suppliers to monitor and improve quality and delivery performance. Lead initiatives to resolve chronic supplier issues
Develop and manage supplier and part inventory plans to mitigate risk while maintaining asset targets. Support the negotiation of supply agreements as needed
Proactively manage material flow to support production schedules and variations throughout the product lifecycle
Independently analyze supply chain data using established tools and formats to support decision-making and continuous improvement
Contribute to process reviews and generate ideas to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in supply management operations
Monitor and resolve daily critical and delinquent part issues to ensure timely availability of quality parts for production
Partner with internal teams-including Production, Quality, and Engineering-to align supply strategies with business needs

What Skills You Need
Supply Management experience
Experience with SAP and Supply Chain Analytics tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, problem solving, and organizational skills
Excellent people, communication and relationship management skills
Experience analyzing information to make sound business decisions
Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 25%
What Makes You Standout
2 or more years of experience in Supply Management
2 or more years of experience with SAP and Supply Chain Analytics tools
Project Management experience
Experience participating in a cross-functional team
Planning or Logistics experience
Inventory Management experience
Education
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelor's Degree in a Supply Management, Business/Management, Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Accounting/Finance discipline or equivalent related work experience
