Overview
Duration : 6-Month Contract Extending to Possible Conversion

$23-28 hr + OT

Schedule & Work Environment
Start time: 7:00 AM; schedule is 5 days of 10-hour shifts plus 8-hour Saturdays.
Work is primarily on-site, with minimal overnight travel (≈5%).
Work environment is mainly indoors, with occasional outdoor tasks.
Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs, work from heights, and in confined spaces.
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of Fiber Cabling in a Data Center Environment
Ability to distinguish color and follow instructions precisely.
Demonstrated teamwork, reliability, and proactive attitude.
Reliable daily transportation.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Key Responsibilities
Audit and document the condition and connectivity of fiber patch cords.
Troubleshoot and test fiber connections; clean, re-terminate, and re-patch as necessary.
Accurately record findings and generate reports using provided templates.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Follow all safety protocols and industry standards for fiber optic handling.
Use basic hand tools safely and appropriately for telecom and construction tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to all company and site-specific policies, including PPE and background check requirements.
