The Warehouse, Shipping, and Receiving Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely receipt, storage, handling, and shipment of materials and finished goods. This role supports business continuity by ensuring inventory accuracy, on?time deliveries, and compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Pick materials from inventory to support manufacturing and service demand
Store materials in designated locations following FIFO and inventory control procedures.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse and shipping areas.
Perform material handling using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as required.
Support cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure inventory accuracy.
Enter and maintain accurate transactions in ERP system.
Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Communicate inventory issues, shortages, or delays to appropriate teams.
Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and system records.
Prepare outbound shipments, including picking, packing, labeling, and documentation.
Coordinate shipments with carriers and internal stakeholders to meet delivery requirements.
Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and initiate corrective actions as needed.
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
Support quality standards related to material handling and shipping processes.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflow.
