Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Room Attendant at The Lowline Hotel, where your dedication to cleanliness and guest satisfaction will help create memorable experiences for our guests. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to maintain the cleanliness and attractiveness of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Service guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces
Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities
Stock and organize carts with necessary cleaning supplies and room essentials
Replace bed linens and make beds to hotel standards
Conduct deep cleaning activities within guest rooms as needed, including carpet cleaning, upholstery care, and detailed sanitation
Assist with preventative maintenance tasks to ensure rooms are in optimal condition
Follow safety, security, and company standards at all times
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Skills and Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality or related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members and guests
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks and lift supplies
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions
Ability to work weekends and holidays
