Perform landscaping tasks: mowing, trimming, edging, and more.
Work outdoors, lifting up to 80 pounds.
Ensure successful daily operations.
Success metrics:
Attendance and punctuality
Budget and job profitability
Quality control and customer satisfaction
Crew retention and morale
Requirements:
Experience in landscaping or a similar field.
Clean driving history; trailer experience.
Background check and drug screening readiness.
Willingness to train and certify if inexperienced.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 based on experience and leadership.
