You are self‑motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and are able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines. You have at least two years of professional landscaping experience and proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers.
Specific Responsibilities:
Perform landscape duties such as spring clean‑up, fall clean‑up, trimming, pruning, and irrigation repairs
Operate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to commercial mowers, blowers, line trimmers, top dressers, aerators, hedge trimmers and dump trailers
Perform landscape enhancement activities such as mulch application, plantings, topsoil application, lawn seeding and sodding
Address clients' questions, comments, and concerns or refer clients to the Team Leader as appropriate
Assist with equipment maintenance and repair under supervision of the Team Leader
Perform other duties as required
Job Requirements:
Two years of professional experience in this or a related field is required
Valid Driver's License with clean record; trailer experience.
Background check and drug screening readiness.
Willingness to work occasional (paid) overtime
Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature

Compensation:
Competitive pay: $22.00 - $25.00 based on experience and leadership.
