Admissions Assistant Opportunity
Napa Post Acute is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Admissions Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and plays a key part in creating a smooth and welcoming admission experience for our residents and families.
Pay: $18$22/hour Schedule: Full-Time
What You'll Do:
Assist with the admissions process from referral to arrival
Communicate with hospitals, families, and internal teams to coordinate admissions
Prepare and manage admission paperwork and documentation
Verify insurance and gather necessary resident information
Provide a welcoming and professional first impression for incoming residents
What We're Looking For:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Healthcare or admissions experience preferred, but not required
