An established architecture studio is seeking an Office Manager to oversee daily operations and support the overall functioning of the firm. This role sits at the intersection of studio operations and people management and is critical to maintaining a thoughtful, efficient, and well-run environment. The Office Manager will be responsible for the daily readiness and upkeep of the studio, ensuring the space is organized, functional, and prepared for both team members and visitors. This includes managing vendors, supplies, facilities, and maintenance, as well as coordinating IT support and overseeing key operational systems. The role will also support budget tracking and general administrative infrastructure. Serving as the first point of contact, you will manage incoming communications and coordinate visitors, meetings, and presentations. A high level of professionalism and attention to detail is essential to ensure a seamless and considered experience.
This position will also support day-to-day HR functions, including onboarding and offboarding, employee records, benefits coordination, and internal communications. You will help maintain structure across the employee lifecycle and support ongoing processes such as performance reviews and policy updates. Qualifications:
Strong organizational and operational skills
5+ years of experience supporting office and administrative operations
Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and attention to detail
