Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Midwest Transit Equipment, Inc. seeks a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for our Marshall, MI location.

Primary duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Assist all incoming customers and applicants
Sort and distribute office mail
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Oversee company bus delivery/pick-up drivers
Plan daily delivery schedule and communicate with all departments to ensure bus is completed for delivery.
Track driver logs and maintain all driver files
Track and coordinate all new and used bus delivery dates, safety inspections, customer paperwork, etc.
Update system as needed with bus delivery information
Responsible for coordinating, scheduling and other duties associated with drivers
Schedule testing and handle paperwork for all new employees
Other duties as assigned
