Responsibilities of team members:
Work together to ensure every guest enjoys a high-quality experience, whether preparing food in the kitchen or serving guests in the dining area
Prepare, cook, and serve food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and genuine hospitality
Assist with beverage and dessert preparation
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all restaurant areas, including the kitchen, counter, and dining area
Ensure all products meet Chick-fil-As quality, safety, and brand standards
Help with opening and closing assigned tasks
Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, team members, and leaders
Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and a positive attitude
Qualifications and requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and consistent
Cheerful and positive attitude; loves to serve and help others
Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and capable of following procedures accurately
Works well independently and as part of a team
Willing and able to work flexible hours
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to stand for long periods of time (4+ consecutive hours)
