Senior Product Manager For Instant Cash

Brigit is a holistic financial health company helping everyday Americans build a brighter financial future. As a Senior Product Manager for Instant Cash, you will own key parts of Brigit's most impactful and high-scale product. This is not a feature PM role; you will be responsible for shaping the core growth, access, and credit performance loops that define how users discover, qualify for, use, and return to Instant Cash.
You will operate at the intersection of Product, Risk, Data Science, and Engineering, solving complex problems that balance user outcomes, business performance, and responsible credit access. Your work will directly influence adoption, engagement, retention, and portfolio health, making this one of the highest-leverage roles at the company.
What You'll Own

Core Instant Cash funnel and lifecycle: Drive improvements across eligibility, usage, repayment, and repeat engagement
Access and eligibility strategy: Partner with Risk and Data to expand responsible access through smarter decisioning, limits, and user segmentation
Utilization and retention loops: Build systems and features that increase frequency, habit formation, and long-term member value
Credit performance: Optimize for sustainable growth by balancing utilization with delinquency and loss metrics
Product innovation: Identify and launch new features that meaningfully differentiate Instant Cash and deepen user trust
What You'll Do

Define and execute product strategy for key areas of Instant Cash, grounded in clear business and user outcomes
Own and move north-star metrics such as utilization, take rate, and delinquency

Partner deeply with Risk/Underwriting and Data Science to evolve decisioning, credit limits, and eligibility frameworks
Translate complex systems (e.g., credit models, repayment behavior) into intuitive, user-friendly product experiences
Lead cross-functional teams to ship high-quality products quickly in a regulated environment
Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Risk, and Leadership on priorities, tradeoffs, and outcomes
Use qualitative insights and quantitative data to continuously improve the user experience
What We're Looking For

6+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech or lending
2+ years leading a product from 1 -> 10
Proven track record of owning high-impact product areas tied to growth, retention, or risk-sensitive metrics
Strong product judgment with a data-driven, experimentation-first mindset
Experience working closely with data science, underwriting, or risk teams on decisioning or optimization problems
Ability to operate in complex, ambiguous environments and drive clarity, structure, and execution
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across disciplines
Nice To Have
