
Operations and Logistics Coordinator

FlexStaff is hiring an experienced Logistics & Sales Operations Coordinator for our client, a food manufacturer and wholesaler. This is a full-time position and it is 100% on-site in their Bronx facility, with their future site to be set up in Moonachie, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities:
You will ensure On Time In Full (OTIF) shipments.
You will bid out deliveries to secure competitive rates, with a heavy focus on frozen food shipments.
You will be responsible for monitoring customer portals daily to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stock-outs.
You will handle order processing, customer inquiries, and performance deduction reconciliation by matching Bills of Lading against invoices.
You will conduct collections for overdue accounts.
You will support the migration of inventory to their new NJ facility starting in May.
You must communicate daily with the Plant Manager and Production/Warehouse teams to sync schedules and develop "Plan B" options for any production delays.
Qualifications:
3+ years in Logistics or Sales Operations preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical skills for freight bidding and financial reconciliation.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team oriented mentality. xywuqvp
Ability to commute between NJ and Bronx during the transition (until late Q3).
Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred.
