Floor Tech and Housekeeping Key Duties

Maintain proper cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility.
Dispose of all garbage throughout the facility.
Process the linen for the facility and personal residents clothing.
Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
Maintain all floors by sweeping mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing throughout the facility.
Various pieces of equipment are properly and safely operated such as extractor, auto-scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, side-to-side buffer, vacuum, and steam machine.
Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
Floor Tech and Housekeeping Staff Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
1-year long-term care, hospital, or healthcare experienced preferred.
Must have verbal and written communication skills.
