Floor Tech & Housekeeping Staff Key Duties
Maintain proper cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility.
Dispose of trash, bio-hazard waste, and other materials
Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
As the Laundry Staff!
Process the linen for the facility and personal residents clothing.
Operates commercial washers and dryers.
Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
As the Floor Tech!
Maintain all floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing throughout the facility.
Utilize and safely operate extractor, auto-scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, side-to-side buffer, vacuum, and steam machine.
Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
Floor Tech & Housekeeping Staff Tech Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
1-year long-term care, hospital, or healthcare experienced preferred.
Environmental Services or housekeeping experience a plus.
Ability to operate automatic floor scrubbing machines and floor buffers.
