Our
Client
is undergoing a large-scale modernization of its Customer Information System (CIS), reshaping how billing and customer-facing systems operate across multiple states. This role sits at the center of that effort — helping ensure regulatory, tariff, and legal requirements are built correctly into the future-state systems and processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support a multi-year CIS modernization initiative impacting billing and customer platforms
Interpret regulatory, tariff, and legal requirements and translate them into system and process design
Respond to discovery questions and provide guidance during design and implementation phases
Participate in workshops, blueprinting sessions, and solution discussions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners (including major system integrators)
Research how regulatory requirements apply across multiple states and operating entities
Document key decisions, findings, and compliance considerations throughout the project
What a Typical Day Looks Like
Joining daily standups and cross-functional work sessions
Partnering with business and technical teams to shape future processes
Researching regulatory impacts on evolving systems
Supporting design workshops and implementation discussions
Documenting insights and aligning stakeholders across teams
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of
regulatory, compliance, legal, or tariff frameworks
Experience supporting
large transformation or system implementation projects
Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable insights
Strong communication skills and comfort working with both business and technical teams
Someone who thrives in
fast-moving, evolving environments
Nice to Have
Background in utilities or other highly regulated industries
Experience with enterprise systems (CIS, ERP, CRM)
Exposure to tools like SAP, Salesforce, Jira, or Confluence
Experience working with consulting firms or system integrators
Work Environment
