Contents Restoration Technician
The Contents Restoration Technician performs contents cleaning techniques, operates several types of cleaning equipment, and performs pack-out services to restore sites to their prior condition before sustaining smoke, fire, soot, or water damage.
Assists with pack outs, cleaning, and storage of customer contents.
Assist with contents crews/contents restoration experts.
Packing, wrapping, boxing, and moving items.
Performs job documentation via photos, clear documentation, inventory tracking and labelling etc.
Effectively communicate and respond to customers in a timely, professional manner.
Maintain clean work areas and equipment.
Cross training with other teams.
