Focus Workforce Management is seeking Distribution Associates to join our DTC facility in New Castle, Indiana. As a Distribution Associate 1 or 2, you will support the DC in the forms of picking, packing, warehousing, and shipping product or merchandise to individual consumers or clients.
Exceptional candidates will display a high level of energy, dedication, communication, and be a team player. Often times associates will be working with limited to no supervision and must be able to learn quickly and perform job duties accurately.
Requirements:
Ability to work alone and remain on task
Maintain excellent attendance
Communicate effectively
Follow all safety procedures
Maintain and assist keeping the facility clean
Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time

Location: New Castle, IN
Shift: A Shift 5:00 AM 3:30 PM | B Shift 4:00 PM 3:30 AM
Pay: Up to $12.00 per hour. Opportunity to qualify for a $120 attendance bonus every week for those with perfect attendance each pay week.
