Banquet House Attendant

What You Will Do
Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order.
Stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service ensuring that they are in good condition.
Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans.
Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel's receiving area and store them safely and securely.
What You Bring
High school education or equivalent experience.
At least 6 months experience within the same or similar position with Four Seasons. Hotel or restaurant experience preferred.
Ability to follow detailed instructions regarding room set up.
Schedule
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This will include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
