Barnard is seeking a professional to support core student administrative operations across registrar, advising, financial aid, and student finance functions. The role focuses on delivering accurate, efficient, and student-centered services while leveraging enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations across registrar, advising, financial aid, and student finance areas
• Maintain and process student records, enrollment data, and academic updates
• Support advising workflows and student lifecycle processes
• Assist with financial aid administration and student account coordination
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency
• Provide front-line support to students, resolving inquiries and issues
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in higher education administrative operations
• Hands-on experience with Ellucian Colleague
• Experience working with Workday Student or similar SIS platforms
• Strong data management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple processes across departments
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Experience across multiple student service areas (registrar, advising, xywuqvp financial aid, finance)
• Exposure to system implementation or process improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with compliance and reporting requirements in higher education
