Description

Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP)
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate

Part-Time DSP

to join our team. This position includes

one-on-one support

for an individual we serve as well as shifts in our residential program.
Schedule:
Thursdays & Fridays: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

(1:1 support)

Every Other Weekend

Additional days as needed

in our residential setting supporting multiple individuals

Position Overview:

The DSP will provide personalized support, help with daily living skills, encourage independence, and promote community and in-home engagement. In the residential program, you will work alongside other team members to provide care and support to the individuals we serve.
Ideal Candidate:
Reliable, patient, and caring

Comfortable supporting individuals in both 1:1 and group settings

Able to follow individualized support plans

Previous DSP or caregiving experience is helpful but not required

Must have a valid ND Driver's license and reliable transportation
