
Project Information Management (PIM) Lead (W2)

Key Responsibilities
Own and enforce project information management processes, including
file naming conventions, folder structures, and document control standards
Manage high-volume project data (drawings, specifications, engineering documents) between external engineering firms and internal stakeholders
Serve as the
central control point
for incoming and outgoing project documentation ensuring accuracy, traceability, and accessibility
Maintain structured information flow across Engineering, Construction, Maintenance, and C&Q teams
Support downstream systems (CMMS and site systems) through accurate data transfer and governance
Execute and maintain
Project Information Management (PIM) plans and work plans
Act as a stabilizing presence to bring clarity and order to complex, fast-moving project environments

Required Experience & Skills
Experience supporting
large capital / mega projects ($1B+ preferred)
Strong background in
document control, project information management, or engineering data governance
Hands-on experience enforcing
file transfer processes and naming standards
across multiple organizations
Strong working knowledge of
SharePoint as an execution xywuqvp platform (not just storage)
Experience managing large volumes of engineering documents across disciplines
Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders in high-pressure environments
Nice to Have
Prior experience developing PIM work plans
cGMP / pharmaceutical or regulated industry background
Exposure to tools such as
Procore, ACC, Bluebeam, Kneat, Oracle
