Lead HR delivery across multiple sites, driving consistency and operational effectiveness
Coach and develop HR team members, strengthening capability and leadership depth
Remove operational bottlenecks and enhance HR processes and systems
Partner with senior stakeholders to influence both day-to-day outcomes and broader people strategy

Proven HR leadership experience with hands-on delivery in lean environments
Strong generalist background with the ability to operate across the full HR lifecycle
Experience building or scaling HR functions within SME or mid-sized organisations
Commercial mindset with the ability to solve problems and improve outcomes
