We’re looking for a
detail-oriented and proactive Provider Support Specialist
to join a growing healthcare team! This is a great opportunity for professionals with experience in
claims, provider support, or healthcare operations
who enjoy solving complex problems and working in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Act as the
primary point of contact
for healthcare providers
Resolve inquiries related to
claims, benefits, eligibility, and authorizations
Investigate complex issues like
appeals, billing, and coordination of benefits
Collaborate with
Claims, Product, and Network teams
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure
high-quality service delivery
Identify trends and contribute to
process improvements
What We’re Looking For
2+ years in
healthcare operations / provider support / claims
Strong understanding of
claims adjudication & eligibility
Excellent
communication & problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, high-volume environment
Knowledge of
HIPAA guidelines
Bonus: Experience with tools like
