Project Coordinator
Oversee complex projects serving as the coordinator in the planning, development, and implementation of initiatives. The project coordinator works with external and internal stakeholders to help achieve the goals of these initiatives through presentations, record keeping, budgeting, and other administrative and outreach duties. Responsible for coordinating complex Human Resources projects or activities that require a high degree of specialized knowledge. Conducts research, provides data, makes recommendations, and implements solutions to achieve project goals and objectives. This position also coordinates and carries out administrative functions for the effective and efficient operation of the Human Resources department by providing a high level of customer service and confidential executive support. This role reports directly to the Human Resources Manager and provides project support to the Human Resources team as well as coordinating the planning, scoping, and execution of special projects for the Human Resources department.
