Auto-Chlor System is seeking a driven and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Downey, CA branch. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in service operations, sales, and team leadership who thrives in a performance-based environment.
As the Branch Manager, you will have full ownership of branch performance, including sales growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will lead and inspire a dedicated sales and service team while ensuring exceptional execution and accountability.
What You'll Do
Lead Sales Growth & Financial Performance
Own branch sales, revenue growth, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs), with a focus on achieving consistent double-digit growth.
Oversee Branch Operations & Logistics
Manage day-to-day branch operations, including route efficiency, inventory control, scheduling, and logistics. Maintain strong internal controls over branch funds, products, parts, supplies, and company assets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with sales and service teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and a seamless customer experience.
Deliver High-Quality Service (HQS)
Uphold Auto-Chlor's commitment to exceptional customer service by building strong customer relationships, resolving escalations, and ensuring service standards are consistently met.
Build, Develop & Lead Teams
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales and service workforce while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Who You Are
A proven leader with 1-2 years of management experience in a B2B, outside sales environment, preferably within a service-based or distribution organization.
A strategic and financially disciplined leader with a demonstrated ability to deliver year-over-year sales growth through effective execution and planning.
A people-focused manager with strong coaching skills and the ability to inspire and retain top talent.
An entrepreneurial self-starter who takes ownership and drives results.

B2B sales and mechanical experience preferred.
Ability to work on call as needed.
