Job Overview
Pezz Electrical Service LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Technician to join our Field Operations team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for an experienced electrician with a strong foundation in residential and light-commercial electrical systems. You'll handle a wide range of installations, diagnostics, and repairs while working with a team that values innovation, adaptability, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities
Perform electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades in residential and light-commercial environments
Diagnose issues and ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes
Install and maintain wiring systems, panels, breakers, outlets, and lighting
Troubleshoot systems using standard testing tools and methods
Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
Coordinate work with clients and team members to ensure project efficiency and customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Accurately document work completed and materials used
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work
Proficiency in electrical diagnostics, installation, and repairs
Strong communication skills and professionalism in customer-facing situations
Highly adaptable and motivated to continue learning and improving
Journeyman Electrician License preferred but not required
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
