F&B Utility Worker
Our busy restaurant is seeking a highly motivated F&B Utility Worker to join our growing team. As a F&B Utility Worker, you will be responsible for deep cleaning the kitchen and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
Deep cleaning of kitchen equipment, floors, walls, and other surfaces
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas
Assisting with dishwashing and other kitchen tasks as needed
Following all safety and sanitation procedures
Communicating effectively with team members and management
Occasionally verify jackpot payouts
Requirements:
Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming card
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Operate and maintain heavy duty equipment.
Sweep, mop, clean kitchen mats, and other equipment.
Scrub down all BOH cooking surfaces.
Filter and change oil in the deep fryers and follow disposal procedures.
Monitor and maintain all equipment that is used.
Notify management when cleaning supplies need to be ordered, or if equipment is not working properly.
Observe safety policies and procedures including but not limited to safe lifting and proper chemical storage.
Able to work independently while keeping to cleaning schedule.
No prior experience necessary, we will train the right candidate!
