Location: Coconut Malorie Resort - Ocean City, MD Job Type: Part-Time

Position Summary
The Housekeeper/Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms and creating a comfortable, welcoming environment. This role supports guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
Essential Functions
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas.
Replenish linens, amenities, and supplies according to standards.
Use checklists to ensure consistency and quality.
Report repair needs or safety issues to leadership.
Maintain communication regarding room status and special requests.
Assist coworkers to support team efficiency.
Uses phone to track/monitor room cleans through the location's computer program.
Other Functions
Perform additional cleaning or operational tasks as needed.
Assist other departments during busy periods.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
Attention to detail and reliability.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to push/pull carts and equipment.
Work Environment
Indoor/outdoor work with exposure to cleaning chemicals.
Requires weekends and holidays
