Job Summary: Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced banking environment while processing teller transactions and assisting customers with financial products and account inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and credit card payments.
Handle cash accurately and balance transactions in a high-volume environment.
Verify customer identity and review accounts for alerts, discrepancies, or potential fraud.
Assist customers with account inquiries, products, and services.
Identify opportunities to recommend additional banking products based on customer needs.
Use multiple banking systems to process transactions and document activity.
Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Teller/Banker, cash-handling experience in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate multiple systems.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $12.77 and $16.00 per hour. Specific compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
