Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Lead Certified Nursing Assistant to support daily resident care while providing guidance and leadership to the CNA team. The Lead CNA serves as a role model, supports workflow coordination, assists with training and mentoring, and ensures high-quality, resident-centered care in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct resident care in accordance with care plans, including ADLs, transfers, and resident safety
Promote teamwork, professionalism, and adherence to facility policies
Help coordinate daily assignments and workflow under nursing supervision
Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report to nursing staff
Assist with documentation and ensure accurate, timely charting
Model respectful communication with residents, families, and staff
